Pangea Software today announced the immediate availability of Billy Frontier, its latest Mac-only 3D game. Billy Frontier is an arcade style action game where you play a space cowboy named Billy Frontier. The game is made up of four different types of mini-games: Duels, Shootouts, Stampedes, and Target Practices. “It’s the kind of game you pick up when you need a break and just want to blast stuff, ” says Brian Greenstone of Pangea. “The art and music is probably the best of any game we’ve ever done, and the gameplay has more variety than any game we’ve done for the Mac.” Billy Frontier is available as a US$14.95 download, and there are no plans to have the game available on CD.
