Digital art showcased at Macworld Expo

In “Macworld Celebrates Electronic Artistry,” Washington Post staff writer Mike Musgrove looks at the Macworld CreativePro Expo in New York City this week and the change in tone from previous years. While the show has been a quiet one, with few announcements coming out of Cupertino and attendance reportedly about half of last year (IDG has yet to issue attendance figures), the show does boast a Digital Art Gallery with some impressive works. Baltimore artist Robert McClintock is one of the artists showing his work. “Nothing in the picture tells you that these are digital,” he says in the story. “If I told people these are pastel drawings, I could make my life easier.”
