Sonny Software today announced the release of Bookends 7.6, a Mac-only, full-featured bibliography/reference and information management system for professionals and students. Changes in version 7.6 include compatibility with Nisus Writer Express, including macros that integrate Nisus Writer Express with Bookends; better visual feedback for found text; the ability to drag and drop references from the Groups window; several bug fixes, and more. Bookends 7.6 sells for US$99 ($69 for students), with upgrade pricing set at $29 (free for those who purchased Bookends on or after October 1, 2002), and a competitive upgrade price of $79. A free demo version is also available.
