SanDisk Corporation today introduced a new line of single slot ImageMate card readers for a variety of popular flash memory cards. The new readers are available in four models that fit a variety of storage cards: CompactFlash Type I & II, MultiMediaCards and SD, Memory Stick and Memory Stick PRO, and SmartMedia and xD Picture Card. The new single slot readers carry a suggested retail price of US$19.99, except for the SmartMedia/xD model, which is priced at $24.99. All four are expected to be available early in the second quarter of this year.
