Apple is expected to announce a plan next week at Macworld Expo to charge customers for new versions of iDVD, iPhoto and iMovie, which will be sold together as a bundle, according to c|net. Apple will charge up to US$50 for the software trio, and c|net sources said that the move is “potentially the first step in charging for all six “i” applications, which would continue to be bundled for free with new Macs.”
