Mathias Krauss Software recently released an updated beta of the Macam USB webcam driver for Mac OS X that includes support for Intel’s Play QX3 USB microscope. As reported by Macworld UK, the arrival of Mac OS X compatibility for the Play QX3 is especially handy for UK schools, each of which was given one of the microscopes this year.
