KB Productions has released Tiger’s Eye Pub 1.0, a casino gambling game built natively for Mac OS X and Classic. The game takes place in a small pub where there are blackjack tables, roulette wheels, and video poker machines. The pub even has a bartender that serves up drinks and converses with the player. Tiger’s Eye Pub is available for download now and is US$10 shareware.

EZQuest has started shipping the Boa 48x, which it claims is the industry’s first FireWire 48x12x48x CD-RW. The drive sells for US$219.
