Apple has kicked off a new promotion titled Check the Savings, as noted by MacNews.com. Customers who purchase an iMac, iBook, PowerBook, Power Mac or Mac OS X between July 1 and October 15, 2002 are eligible to receive a mail-in rebate on a wide variety of peripherals, software and more.
