DiamondSoft updates Font Reserve

DiamondSoft today announced the release of Font Reserve 3.1.1, the latest version of its popular font utility for organizing, searching for, and tracking fonts. The update addresses issues encountered when working in Mac OS X, including activating fonts for Classic applications and handling permissions. The update also resolves issues with Font Reserve’s plug-in for Adobe InDesign.

A report on Reuters today notes that Steve the “Dell Dude” may be looking for work, as Dell looks to move on to a new marketing campaign, sans the dude. A Dell spokesman refused to say if the dude-centric campaign was just on hiatus or permanently cancelled, but the man himself, New York University acting student Ben Curtis, says he has heard nothing of it. “Dude, you shoulda got a Mac.”
