JPL Productions today released PencilTest 1.0, an application designed to aid traditional cel animators in the production process. PencilTest will load, resize, rotate and compress a series of individual image files into a QuickTime movie. PencilTest (US$15) is available for Mac OS 9 and Mac OS X, and requires QuickTime 4 or later.
