Formac today announced the second release of the DVD authoring software for the company’s devideon DVD-R drive. The update brings chaptering, DVD menu design, parallel encoding, and features a new recording mode that allows users to burn their movies as a Super Video CD. The software is compatible with Mac OS 9 or higher and Mac OS X, and is now shipping with Formac’s devideon drive (US$399). The update is also available as a free download for Formac customers.
