Apple has updated its Apple Store for Education Hot Deals page with a variety of promotions tailored especially to the education market. The “X on Campus” promo offers Mac OS X 10.2 (Jaguar), along with the “Getting Started with Mac OS X” CD, and 128MB of RAM for US$99. Customers can also purchase the same bundle plus 256MB of RAM for $129, or the same bundle plus 512MB of RAM for $169. The “Brighten Your Holidays” offer allows customers to save $99 when they buy a Mac and an HP DeskJet 3820 or 5550 color printer before January 7, 2003. And lastly, the “Jingle Bells and Whistles” promo for the education market offers customers the chance to buy an eMac starting at $949, after a $50 instant savings.
