PC Mall, the company behind MacMall, today announced that it will open a new corporate showroom/retail store at its headquarters in Torrance, California. PC Mall will mark the event by giving away US$20,000 worth of prizes at the grand opening celebration beginning on November 29 at 9:00 AM PT and continuing through December 1. The retail store will feature the latest computer systems from Apple, Compaq, Hewlett-Packard, IBM, Toshiba, Sony, and others. The store, located at 2555 W. 190th Street in Torrance, will carry over a thousand peripherals and over 750 software titles for the Mac, and will also be an authorized service center for Apple products.
