Media 100 today announced it has started shipping Media 100 i 8.0.1, the latest version of the company’s professional digital video system. Version 8.0.1 offers support for Mac OS X 10.2 (Jaguar) and has been certified on the dual 1 GHz and dual 867 MHz Power Mac G4 systems. Current owners of Media 100 i 8.0 are able to download the new release for free from the company’s Web site.
