Lexar Media Extends SD memory line with 256MB and 512MB cards

Lexar Media recently started shipping 256MB and 512MB Secure Digital (SD) memory cards, priced at US$199 and $399, respectively. The new cards add to the company’s existing lines of SD, CompactFlash, Memory Stick, SmartMedia, and MultiMediaCard memory card and represent the highest capacity SD cards to date.
