For those with existing mac.com account or AOL Instant Messenger accounts, those names can be used immediately with iChat. Sherlock 3 now offers ‘channels’ including movies, stocks, flights, package tracking and Yellow Pages listings. Rendezvous lets users connect to IP standard DNS networks without having to fiddle with settings and connect wirelessly over AirPort and by physical connections such as FireWire or Ethernet. A new spam filter has been added to the mail program which learns what is junk mail and groups it.
