The MathWorks announced today it will be exhibiting MATLAB and Simulinkits, its latest technical computing software for the scientific and academic communities at Macworld Expo in NYC this week. The MathWorks recently announced that its products will be available on Mac OS X — shipping in August 2002 — with the Student Version for Mac OS X becoming available in next six to nine months. The MathWorks also said that they will be collaborating with Apple on several marketing activities later this year, including “Info Days;” half-day seminars which include hands-on workshops, and will be held at select universities and government labs.
