Adobe today announced that it has converted more than 650 Adobe Type Library fonts to the OpenType format. The set is the first of three that has been converted; the second and third sets are scheduled for release in the third and fourth quarters of this year. Adobe’s InDesign 2.0 software offers robust support for OpenType, a cross-platform font format offers expanded linguistic support and advanced typographic capabilities.
