Sonnet Technologies has announced a new HARMONi G3 600MHz processor upgrade/FireWire combo card for 233, 266, and 333 MHz (Rev A-D) iMacs. The upgrade, compatible with both Mac OS 8/9 and Mac OS X, features 256K 1:1 Level 2 cache and can accept up to 512MB of RAM. The HARMONi G3 600/FireWire combo card will be available in the second quarter of 2002 for US$399.95. A 500MHz model is currently available for $299.95.
