Sonnet has begun shipping the Tempo RAID133, a ATA/133 RAID controller (the site still lists availability as “TBA”). The PCI card sells for US$199.95. Additionally, the company recently posted a firmware update for the Crescendo/WS, its G3 upgrade for Wall Street PowerBooks.
