Alien Skin Software this week announced Splat!, a new collection of filters for Photoshop, Fireworks, Paint Shop Pro, and other image editors. Splat! offers various frames, textures, edges, borders, mosaics, and more, and is scheduled to ship by the end of March for US$99.
