Roxio has released the final version of Toast 5.1 Titanium for Mac OS X, which is available as a free update to current Toast 5 Titanium users. The software requires Mac OS X 10.1.2 and “should” support all external FireWire CD and DVD recorders and built-in IDE recorders, as well as Mass Storage Compliant USB recorders and Multi Media Command set-supported SCSI recorders. Roxio also says that Mac OS X versions of the other applications in the Toast Titanium suite—iView Media, Panic Audion, and Magic Mouse Discus—will be available “soon,” also as free updates.
