Macromedia files suit against Adobe

Macromedia has file a lawsuit against Adobe, claiming Adobe’s Photoshop and GoLive applications use technology that was patented by Macromedia back in 1998. No court date has been set, but Macromedia is asking a judge to prohibit Adobe from selling the software.
