The Mac EvangeList, best known for its long-time e-mail list for Mac users, has announced that it plans to open a Mac-only internet service provider by the end of the year. MacEvangeList.net will offer both dial-up and DSL services, according to service organizers, and will focus on business hosting solutions. The company, while still making plans and strategic partnerships for the ISP, is giving away an iPod in order to attract interest to the new venture. A winner will be chosen at random on December 18, 2001.
