Apple has had a claim filed against it regarding mis-representation of products and sales expectations related to its Macworld Expo New York 2000 announcements. This class-action suit is being brought against it by Milberg Weiss, and covers investors who purchased shares from July 19, 2000 to September 28, 2000.
