Sonnet has posted PCI OS X Installer 1.0.3, which corrects an issue with the upgrade driver installation not being completed on some Power Computing PowerWave, UMAX J700 and S900 computers. If users have successfully installed a previous version of the driver, there is no need to install the update. Sonnet has also posted Encore G4 X Installer 1.0.3 that, like the PCI installer, is not needed for users who have successfully installed a previous version. Sonnet has also released MAXpowr PCI X 1.0.3, which for US$69.95 allows systems upgraded with a Newer Technology MAXpowr card to run Mac OS X. MAXpowr ZIF X 1.0.3 provides similar functionality for ZIF-upgraded systems for $29.95.
