BLUE WORLD ANNOUNCES ENHANCED TECHNICAL SUPPORT SERVICES

Bellevue, WA–August 8, 2001–Blue World Communications, Inc.–pioneers of
the Web Data Engine(tm)–today announced enhanced technical support
services and a special offer for customers who purchase paid technical
support between now and October 31, 2001.

Effective immediately, Blue World paid technical support service plans will
include priority support, offering registered customers guaranteed three
hour response time within normal business hours. Basic paid technical
support service will also be available with a guaranteed eight hour
response time. Most priority and basic support issues will receive a
response sooner than the guaranteed response time. (The current average
response time is under 36 minutes.) Blue World paid technical support
services complement the purchase of Blue World software and are available

Special Award for Free Support

Those customers who purchase a Blue World support plan between now and
October 31, 2001 will qualify for a free Blue World five incident priority
support plan (valued at $599). The winner of said support plan will be
randomly selected among the list of all customers who purchase Blue World
paid technical support during this time period. The winner will be
