nVIDIA today announced that Apple’s new Power Mac G4 features the company’s new GeForce2 MX TwinView video card, a special version of the GeForce2 MX that supports two displays. The TwinView card also features 64MB of memory — twice that of the regular GeForce2 MX. The card features one ADC connector and one VGA connector, and ships standard with the high-end, dual-800MHz configuration. It’s available as a $100 upgrade from the regular GeForce2 MX on other configurations. As with nVIDIA’s regular GeForce2 MX, the TwinView is available only with new Power Macs G4s, not as a seperate upgrade.
