After seemingly discontinuing the product in favor of its InDesign software, Adobe today announced PageMaker 7.0, a new version of the desktop publishing application. PageMaker 7.0 features tighter integration with business applications, supports Adobe’s vision of network publishing, offers PDF creation tools, enhanced workflow, and more. PageMaker 7.0 will ship this summer for US$499, with upgrades priced at $79. Adobe has made no mention as to when the software will be Carbonized for OS X.
