release of Teach! Lite, Pro and Multi-user v1.2.

I’ve updated the code for the ShowInitIcon, which allows INITS to
show Icons accross the bottom of the monitor at startup. The public
domain code now allows use of Icon Services and the new 32 bit icns.
It has also been modified to be PowerPC compatible.
