Version 2.1 of Terry Morse Myrmidon has just been released. This new
version contains several enhancements our customers have requested:

– point-and-click editing of Myrmidon files for users of GoLive CyberStudio
– output of pixel-accurate text in any point size
– optional output of spacer tags to maintain document spacing
– optional maintenance of page margins (top, left, bottom, or right)
– improved Table of Contents creation
– optional output of “home” button on every web page
– enhanced control over layout text box size and quantity

Users of the commercial Myrmidon version 1.0.3 or later may download a free
updater to version 2.1 from:

For those who have not yet purchased their own copy, we hope to convert you
to owners one day soon. In the mean time, a fully functional demo version
(good for 25 conversions) is available from:

We are particularly excited about our partnership with GoLive to make
Myrmidon and CyberStudio work together. CyberStudio is the Eddy award
winning web authoring and site maintenance application. Thanks to the
CyberStudio enhancements in Myrmidon 2.1, all text and graphics in a
Myrmidon-created web page appear on a layout grid when viewed in
CyberStudio. Changes can be made to the document layout simply by dragging
objects across the grid. There is no easier way to edit a Myrmidon-created
web page. For more information on CyberStudio, see the GoLive web site:
(http://www.golive.com). A 30-day demo version is available for
downloading.

I hope you will share our enthusiasm for the new features in Myrmidon 2.1–
especially the CyberStudio enhancements. Thank you for your continued
interest in our software.

Sincerely,
terry morse
