MacTech Magazine Announces New Editorial Staff Additions

Westlake Village, CA -- December 26, 1997 -- Xplain Corporation, the
publisher of MacTech(r) Magazine, announced today its new editorial staff
additions.

MacTech has evolved into the primary news and information vehicle for over
40,000 Mac programmers and developers in 64+ countries. The magazine has
established an eminent reputation within the Macintosh developer community.
To that end, these editorial additions come at a great time for the
magazine while it is enjoying its continued growth and success.

"The Mac developer industry is at a point today where now, more than ever,
developers are looking for information, direction and news." said Neil
Ticktin, Publisher of MacTech. "MacTech has continued to grow, even in the
past year, providing a variety of services in a variety of formats. Our
new staff line up will help us accomplish even more."

In an effort to continue its mission to provide the development community
access to cutting-edge editorial content MacTech is very pleased to
announce the following new editorial staff line up.
