° From AppleInsider: Comedian and talk show host Bill Maher has waded into the debate over Apple’s CSAM tools, declaring them a “blatant constitutional breach” against its users.

° From 9to5Mac: Apple has confirmed that it already scans iCloud Mail for CSAM, and has been doing so since 2019. It has not, however, been scanning iCloud Photos or iCloud backups.

° From Deadline: Actors Ryan Reynolds and Rob McElhenney jokingly expressed their disapproval over a joke in the Apple TV+ comedy “Ted Lasso,” which poked fun at their ownership of the Welsh football club Wrexham AFC.

° From iMore: Microsoft has announced that commercial Microsoft 365 plans will see their prices increase from next year, although the changes won’t be massive.
