Martin Man has announced Best Baby Monitor 1.0 for Mac OS X Lion, a new version of the video baby monitor app available already for the iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch.

Best Baby Monitor allows you to use your Mac as a parent unit device, keeping an eye on your little one while working during his naps, or to use your Mac as a child unit device, connecting to it over Wi-Fi from any of your iOS devices. It can capture the live audio and video and send it over Wi-Fi or Bluetooth to an iOS device.

Best Baby Monitor features include built-in lullabies and the ability to switch on night vision mode. To celebrate the Memorial Day and launch of Mac OS X version, Man is making both products available for 50% off the regular price (US$1.99 for the iOS version and $2.99 for the Mac version) until Tuesday, May 29. It’s available at, respectively, the Mac App Store and the Apple App Store.
