MyVijan has announced iLuv Drawing People 1.0 for the iPhone and iPad. With the US$1.99 educational title, kids can learn how to draw people in 20 different poses with five step-by-step instructions.

OmNom Apps has released Anagram Academy 1.0 for iOS devices. It’s a free word game in which players shuffle and arrange letters to spell out as many words as possible in two minutes. Each word increases a player’s score with longer words worth more points.

FigtreeLabs has introduced MiniatureCam HD 1.0.0 for iPad, its new tiltshift video camera tool. The $2.99 app allows you record tiltshift video in realtime. It also supports the photo function.

Fairlady Media has launched Pocket Poet, a new free entertainment app on iOS. It allows the user to create and send a customized poem to a friend or loved one. Pocket Poet includes thousands of lines of pre-written poetry in categories such as Birthday, Love, Friendship, Mother’s Day, etc.

Smappsoft has unveiled Wave Rave for the iPad, iPhone and iPod touch. The $1.99 puzzler challenges your brain in a retro arcade setting. Wave Rave presents players with a series of increasingly complex waveform puzzles. Players must match target waveforms by reconstructing them from their component waves before time runs out.

About 3% of the Western population suffer from tinnitus — a constant ringing sound experienced in one or both ears. Causal treatment strategies for tinnitus aren’t yet available. At the University of Muenster in Germany, researchers have discovered a therapy that purportedly reduces the loudness of tinnitus. Now there’s an iOS app for that: Tinnitus Pro Music Therapy ($9.99).
