UANGEL has announced Touch Band 1.0, a music performance tool for iOS devices. The free app replicates five major instruments — namely, drums, piano, guitar, bongo drums and ocarina in its interface where users can beat, play and strum the active interface in order to create the musical notes just as they would on the real instruments.

KidSpring has released Toddler Counting & Alphabet — Dinosaurs 1.0 for iPad devices. oriented towards encouraging children’s cognitive development, this $1.99 educational app helps youngsters to learn the alphabet and master counting up to 20.

Panorama Concepts has introduced iMax Battery Pro for the iPod, iPhone and iPad. It’s a $0.99l battery management app that supports complete full cycle charge. It’s compatible with the Retina display.

Enfour has unveiled POSTpone! 1.0 for iOS, an app that allows the user to compose an email or SMS and then set a reminder to send at a specified date or time. POSTpone! 1.0 is normally $1.99, but is available for a limited time at the introductory price of $0.99.

TapDownApps has debuted InfoSource 1.0, a free, active, information monitoring utility for the iPhone, iPad and iPod touch. It monitors information sources automatically. Provide the sources of information, and InfoSource will check for new items and display them as they become available. InfoSource can actively monitor RSS and ATOM feeds or, through the integration of Google search, any topic by providing relevant keywords.

Gordon Roberts has rolled out Tanks and Turrets Off-Road 1.0. It’s an $0.99, open field style, tower defense game with Retina graphics for iOS devices.

The Playforge has unleashed the iPad version of Zombie Farm. The free game means “home grown zombies can roam further with  the new tablet-optimized graphics, and a slew of new items.”

Fidel Lainez has updated TiltShift Video for iOS to version 2.2. The $1.99 app lets you to apply the tilt-shift effect directly to videos using an iPhone 3GS/4, 3G/4G iPod touch or iPad/iPad2, achieving the “miniature look.” During the whole editing process, the app provides a constant feedback of how the video will look like with the current settings. Version 2.2 includes several new features and adds four new languages.

Mother Tucker has announced Speed Freak 2.5, an update to their $0.99 social speedometer app with realtime GPS sharing over the Internet. Designed originally for Game Center, Speed Tracker gives users a realtime map view of all players in their game with speedometers. Offering Universal iOS device support, version 2.5 includes bug fixes and moves the app under the Games category.

Paragoni Apps has updated Perform Pro, the music performance iPad app, to version 1.1. The $4.99 app allows iPad 2 owners to watch themselves perform or practice music. Now in seven additional languages, the app takes advantage of the iPad 2’s built in camera and captures the performer in a PIP mode. Original iPad owners benefit from this update too as the professional sheet music reader now automatically scrolls music in landscape mode providing for hands free readability.

Sunday Drive for iOS devices has driven to version 2.6.3. The free app lets you browse routes across the nation, get previews, and experience places you’ve never been to a new way. Sharing routes with others is now much easier, plus you can check-in using Facebook along different points of interest. Version 2.6.3 also adds Facebook Check-Ins, a tweaked user interface, improved browsing of drives and more.

Fabrizio Bernasconi has updated Search Out for the iPhone, iPod touch and iPad to version 1.3. The $0.99 app searches within contacts, calendar events and the library.

Anystone Technologies has released Anytune 1.3, an update to the music learning app for the iPhone and iPod touch. With the $4.99 tool, you can mark up any song and email your notes to a band member or student. You can import tempo and pitch settings, audiomarks and loopmarks from an email with one click. Version 1.3 is integrated with Twitter, Facebook, email and SMS.
