FT Apps has announced Save the Balloon exclusively for the iPhone, iPad and iPod touch. The US$1.99 app tells the story of Charlie, who lost his balloon in the park. The balloon flew to the mountains and now he needs to get it back.

Joy Aether has released Area Aid Design Project — JDP 1.0 for the iPad, a joint project with Japan Institute of Design Promotion. The free appwas developed specifically to support and promote manufacturing, design and creative enterprises in Tohoku and Ibaraki prefecture.

AcronymSoup has premiered Panda Game 1.0 for iOS. Its a $0.99 puzzle game played on a 7 x 9 grid, which requires players to think in advance to solve the puzzle. The panda must reach the exit square, and he can find his way to most empty squares by moving one square at a time, horizontally or vertically. Some squares contain obstacles, which force him to go around, if possible.

Pictosoft has debuted Shinobi ZIN for iOS, a skill, puzzle and strategy game where players endeavor to become ninja warriors.
