Eyedip has announced Pocket Devil HD — Hell Yeah! for the iPad. The US$2.99 app allows players to summon hordes of devilish underlings. As their malevolent overseer, players then completely annihilate them, one by one, choosing from a variety of torture methods and a vast assortment of weaponry.

Mobz technologies has released the iSoundGrid product line, a family of theme based, sound effects players for the iPad. Designed especially for the Apple tablet, the $1.99 iSoundGrid player can play up to 32 sounds simultaneously. You can play multiple sound effects through the use of a well-designed user-interface.

Zentertain has introduced Pocket Karaoke 1.0 for iPhone and iPod touch devices. It’s a $0.99 music app that allows you to play karaoke and record your music album with all your iPod songs. You simply choose a song from your iPod library, and the app will remove the singer’s voice automatically. Then you’ll be able to sing along with the instrumental-only music and your voice will be recorded. After you record a song, you will be able to play it with the speaker or headset.

Amunsol has unveiled iCharacter Shifter 1.0 for iPhone, iPod touch and iPad users. The $0.99 app lets users take a person’s head from a photo and put it onto a character’s body, such as a super hero, a villain or sexy woman.

Silver Surf limited is offering TopConverter 1.0 for the iPhone, iPod touch and iPad. With the $2.99 app, instead doing complicated math or digging through conversion tables, users can now convert currency, linear units, volume, area and more with just a few taps of the screen.

We Are Colin has unleashed Gravity Runner 1.0, a $0.99 game for iPhone and iPod touch devices. It has a similar style to the Canabalt and Chop Chop Runner games, but with a huge gameplay twist. The player can flip gravity, so instead of just running along the floor, they can also run on the ceiling of the level.

mTrip Travel Guides has published five new city guides available on the iPhone and iPod touch. The new city guides include Washington, Venice, Madrid, Vienna and Moscow. They’re $5.99 each.

Salient Holdings has announced Project Sanctuary 1.1, an update to their $2.99 iPhone third-person shooter with a top-down view. The game integrates shooting actions, role-playing elements, and co-operative multi-player adventures providing users with three games in one. Project Sanctuary unfolds around the conflict between human and alien forces in a mutual struggle for survival.

Underplot Apps has released Pimpy 1.2, an update of free photo decoration app for the iPhone and iPod touch. It gives access to your Facebook photos and to the photos of your friends. You can choose from over 270 stamps from different categories. In addition to this initial number of stamps you can download more than 200 other stamps.

Popi Studio has introduced Figures RPN Calculator 1.3.2 for the iPhone, iPod touch and iPad users. The $2.99 app consists of more than 100 functions and can handle pretty much any type of calculation from complex financial and scientific to simple arithmetic equations.

GameDuell has unveiled Maya Pyramid 1.1 for iPhone, iPod touch and iPad users. The $2.99 game’s concept is variation of Pyramid Solitaire; players must remove cards from the Maya Pyramid in groups that add up to 11 in order to uncover the secret treasure. Users are also able to build their own pyramids.
