Sophiestication Software is offering a “Back to School” discount for its iTunes extender, CoverSutra. For limited time, users can purchase the application for €7.95, about 50% off the regular price of €14.95. In addition to the discount, Sophiestication announced the release of CoverSutra 1.1.7. This new version adds support for the album rating field which was introduced in iTunes 7.4. CoverSutra adds a global shortcut to display the currently playing song in iTunes and updated jewel case artwork. The new version also fixes an issue regarding Last.fm scrobbling and adds Italian localization.
