Mustek launches new iPod speaker systems

Mustek has unveiled its new Paragon line of iPod-dockable home audio systems. Available in a compact tabletop model and a sleek tower design, the audio systems make it easy to experience full-bodied, audiophile-quality stereo sound from an iPod in any home, office or dorm room, notes the release. Paragon audio systems incorporate the iPod universal docking cradle for plugging in iPod with video, iPod nano, iPod photo, iPod mini, or earlier FireWire iPods. The system simultaneously recharges the iPod and features a distortion-free amplifier, three-way shielded speaker system, and built-in subwoofer. A wireless infrared remote allows users to enjoy across-the-room navigation of their iPod music library, as well as to advance and rewind tracks, mute the sound, or control volume and power. Both players are available now, priced at US$249.99 for the TW450 tower system and $129.99 for the DT260 tabletop model.
