the immediate availability of ‘AB for Web’ R2.0, a zero-configuration
address book web sharing solution.
‘AB for Web’ shares a central OS X address book through an embedded
web server. ‘AB for Web’s web front-end is compatible to all modern
CSS-compatible browsers requires no additional infrastructure.
Requires OS X 10.2.8 or newer. Runs on Intel Macs.

– AJAX/Web 2.0 inspired instant search: Shows results while you type
– Overall web-server speed improvement
– Reduced start-up time
The next few minor releases will add these modules:
– A RSS/ATOM compatible feed aggregator: Stores RSS/ATOM news in an
embedded SQL database
– A tasks module: Assign tasks to persons.
– A board module: Place general textual information on a board.
