ezGear today announced the ezSound 2.1 speaker system for Apple’s iPod. The new speaker system includes three speakers for a full range of music reproduction — two 1″ tweeters for high range stereo sound, and a 2.5″ vented subwoofer to offer “TRUE” bass audio. The speakers incorporate two data ports on the back as well as a line out audio port, and is compatible with iPod nano, Video iPod, 3rd and 4th Generation iPod, iPod photo, HP iPod, and iPod mini. ezSound 2.1 carries a suggested retail price of US$109.98.
