New owner found for Jobs’ mansion?

Apple CEO Steve Jobs may have found someone who wants his 78-year-old mansion in Woodside, California. As previously reported, Jobs is trying to give away the home, which he calls a “dump,” to appease preservationists who don’t want it torn down. Jobs does not want to restore the 17,000-square-foot Spanish Colonial Revival house, and instead wants to build a newer, smaller one. It has apparently caught the eye of Dr. Timothy Chuter who wants to move the house to his 8-acre property also in Woodside.
