TDK today introduced two new Indi DVD Multiformat burners. Available in internal and external configurations, the new burners record DVD+R media at 12x speed and DVD-R media at 8x speed. In addition, both drives record DVD+R/+RW, DVD-R/-RW and CD-R/RW discs. The internal Indi DVD Multiformat burner carries an estimated street priced of US$169.99 and is currently shipping to retailers. The external model is priced at $269.99 and is expected to ship next month.
