The Babel Company has released Impression 2.5, the latest version of its backup software for Mac OS X. The company says version 2.5 offers “a significantly enhanced interface, a lovely set of new icons and a tremendous speed boost for backup operations. In addition, selective file restores are now available, several other notable features have been added and a few bugs have been fixed.” Impression requires Mac OS X 10.2 or higher and is priced at US$25. In addition, a $10 discount promotion is also available, as is a demo version.
