Blacksmith has released Chartsmith 1.2.3, the latest version of its popular charting and graphing application for Mac OS X. The free update enhances support for using images as an integrated feature of charts and graphs by adding image tiling, scaling, stretch to fit, and opacity controls. Version 1.2.3 also adds grid borders, better pie slice controls, and gaussian shadow effects for 2D and 3D pie charts. Chartsmith sells for US$129.
