Rogue Amoeba Software today released Audio Hijack 2.0 (US$16), an update to its flagship audio enhancement utility that lets you record any audio on Mac OS X. The new version offers the same recording functionality of the original Audio Hijack, with an entirely redesigned user interface, and many new features. The company also released today Detour 1.1 (US$12), a new version of its Mac OS X audio utility that lets you choose the audio output device and relative volume for all of your applications. The new version adds support for Mac OS X 10.1 and fixes several bugs. Additionally, Detour can now be used to redirect the audio output of screensavers.
