The Italian Mac site Macity recently posted an interesting article about John Pendygraft, a reporter with St. Petersburg Times in Tampa, Florida, who spent time embedded with US marines in Iraq. Pendygraft used an iBook, as well as other equipment, to effectively cover the news for his publication. Macity reports that the St. Petersburg Times didn’t hesitate to choose a Mac for the job — the newpaper has 14 iBooks for its correspondents — and stated that the iBook is their laptop of choice.
