SimpleTech today announced that it has added a 512MB SD (Secure Digital) memory card to its line of flash memory. The 512MB SD memory card is priced at US$389, and is available now. SimpleTech also offers SD cards in 32MB, 64MB, 128MB and 256MB capacities.
