Keynote brings revised iMacs, Power Mac G4s; OS X 10.1, iDVD 2 announced

Apple CEO Steve Jobs’ Macworld Expo New York keynote is nearly over. Jobs announced a revision to the iMac with three new models: 500, 600, and 700MHz for $999, $1,299, and $1,499. New Power Mac G4 systems were also announced at 733, 867, and dual-800 MHz configurations. The 867MHz and dual-800MHz models ship with SuperDrive. Price points for the Power Mac G4 are $1,699, $2,499, and $3,499. Apple also announced Mac OS X 10.1, which will be ready in September, as well as iDVD 2, which will ship later this year.
